Sign in/Log in/Profile creation

In order to use our website and/or the services offered on the website, wolfery.in permits You to register or log-in the Website through certain third party services, such as Facebook and Google (“Authentication Service”). By registering for or signing in/logging in to the Website using an Authentication Service, you agree that wolfery.in may access your account information such as your name, D.O.B, e-mail, mobile number, profile picture or any other information allowed and provided by you from the Authentication Service and you agree to any and all terms of use of the Authentication Service regarding your use of the Website via the Authentication Service. You agree that any Authentication Service is a Reference Site and you are solely responsible for your interactions with the Authentication Service as a result of accessing the Website through the Authentication Service.

When you log in for the first time, we auto-generate a name and username which acts as your identity on the website. The name and username is generated on basis of the name details provided and used by you on Facebook and/or Google (Third party Authentication Service) which you use in order to log in to wolfery.in website. We also access your device camera and/or your image gallery/folder for you to be able to upload your and/or a dog’s profile picture/photo. You are also asked to enter your current occupation, in case you would like to mention it or make available for other users and your location which can be edited, updated by you at any point of time. All this is available and showcased on your profile on the website.

Registering and creating dog profiles

While creating a dog profile, you are asked to give access to your device’s geolocation to be able to mark your current real-time location as that particular dog’s estimated location. We auto-generate a unique ID no. for each dog you register. We further collect information/data about the dog such as current/real-time picture of the dog, name, age, gender, breed, color, about the dog and username of the person/user registering the dog. We collect information regarding a dog’s medical history which a user can enter under the Medical Record table/section on every dog’s profile and upload relevant invoices, prescriptions, document, etc.

Device location

Access to your device location plays a vital role in the functionality and accessibility of our website and the services offered on the website. We collect your device location information at the time of your first log in/sign in which you can edit at any point of time on your respective user profile on the website.

We also require access to your device location in order to be able to provide you with the services we offer on the website. It is used during but not limited to when you create your profile, create/register dog profiles, locate dogs on the website, register/create dog profile, mark a dog as ’seen’, opt/request for services.

In furtherance to this, we also may collect device specific information such as your International Mobile Equipment Identifiers(IMEI) with or without your intervention.

Activity/Action based data collection

We also collect data based on the activities that you perform as a user on your own profile, on other user’s profile, dog profiles and/or any other section of the website. Certain information, such as your phone number, name, e-mail address, is collected in order to, among other things, verify your identity and for use as account numbers in our record system and contact you. Email addresses, Geo-locations, Intellectual Property, listings/profiles viewed, any information entered in the forms or any other data entry points on any section of the Website are also collected.

When you are signed in/logged in on our website wolfery.in, and view other user profiles and/or profiles of registered dogs on the website, they automatically get added under your ‘Connections’ for you to be able to find, view, connect and interact easily.

We ask for your mobile number as a confirmation and authentication while you request for any of our services and to further contact you for delivering the services. We also collect data/information regarding your last website visit, changes/updates made and information/data added/posted when and where.

When you are requesting to enrol with us as a service provider, you are requested to fill up an 'enrolment form’. We collect and access all the information/data entered and submitted by you in the forms.

COOKIES

Cookies and similar technologies on our websites allow us to track your browsing behaviour, links clicked, items purchased, your device type, and to collect various data, including analytics, about how you use and interact with our Services. You can change/update your registration/profile information such as: image/picture, location/address, phone number when confirming any action/activity, and profile bio/about. To remove your profile so that others cannot view it, contact our customer support team at contact@wolfery.in.

We will retain in our files information you have requested to remove for certain circumstances, such as to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems and enforce our terms and conditions. Further, such prior information is never completely removed from our databases due to technical and legal constraints, including stored 'back up' systems. Therefore, you should not expect that all of your personally identifiable information will be completely removed from our databases in response to your requests. Dog Profiles and data/information entered by you is not your personal or private data. wolfery.in is not obliged to you in any manner regarding the same.

To the extent that you disclose your information to other parties, whether they are on our Website or on other Websites throughout the Internet, different rules may apply to their use or disclosure of the information you disclose to them. To the extent that we use third party advertisers and authentication service providers and they adhere to their own privacy policies. Since we do not control the privacy policies of the third parties, you are subject to ask questions before you disclose your personal information to others and we do not stand liable for any such data.
